Rebuilding The Land (RTL) was founded in 1996 as an Electrical Contracting Company working on both residential and commercial properties. Over the years, it has expanded to include all trades: carpentry, heating, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, painting, masonry, flooring… and more. In 2007 RTL became a General Contracting, Construction Management and Development Company.

Our business was founded in 1996 by Kevin Franklin an IBEW Local 134 Journeyman Electrician. We have grown and are continuing to expand our services, name, and community outreach throughout the United States. RTL has worked with clients in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Missouri and are here to serve you!
